Y-Axis Drive Replacement — 75kW KEB → Lenze 9400 via Interbus
DSC Engineering replaced a faulty and obsolete 75kW KEB inverter on a Demag crane Y-Axis with a Lenze 9400 drive integrated into the existing Interbus communication network. The new drive communicates with the Siemens S5-115U PLC via the existing Interbus master architecture, enabling seamless operation without modification to the crane control system. Commissioning was validated using a fully loaded pallet.
